Specifications and Features
Important for any consumer when they purchase components for any system are the specifications. Above you can see all of the supported processors. This baby fits tons of sockets and definitely includes the newest Coffee Lake processors and many AMD ones as well. This packaging also boasts the fans noise levels of a maximum of 30 dBA, which we will test a little later on. Straight from Cooler Master’s website is a cross-section of the features of this pump. From top to bottom we see a diffuser, which provides uniform color for the 12 addressable RBG’s. Moving down we see a motor with a silent driver as well as a fiberglass housing/nozzle and a high performance impeller. On the bottom we have a rubber O ring and a copper micro-channel cold plate. We really like to see companies describe exactly what makes up their components.
Continuing on with features here we have Cooler Masters ARGB program. This lighting control program can be downloaded from their website and allows you to control the RGB in a very in-depth way. All the RGB such as fans and LED lighting strips connected into the controller are able to be controlled by this software. We think this is a great idea and we felt the program was extremely easy to use.
