If you are looking for an awesome card to rip through games well above 120+ FPS, then this is the card for you. At times, this card nearly exceed 200FPS, what more can you ask for, obviously without saying “give me 4K”. The ZOTAC GeForce GTX 980 AMP! is an excellent graphics card that isn’t anything overly flashy.
Pricing for this card comes in at $449, which is actually one of the cheaper options when you are on the hunt for a GTX 980. ZOTAC’s competitors are coming in anywhere from $50-$150 more. You really can’t go wrong, especially if you are in the market for one of the latest Nvidia graphics cards.
The one thing we found to put us off ease, just a tad, was the cooling performance. This card can probably pump out some extra FPS provided the cooling method was more efficient. You could probably say that this is nit-picking, considering at times this card teetered on the edge of 200FPS, but when we see our card increase in temperature about 53C, it puts us a little off ease.
ZOTAC GeForce GTX 980 AMP! is the best graphics cards we have see for the price to date! You will be hard-pressed to go out and find a card that can out perform this graphics card at the same low price. For this, and mainly due to its performance, we are award ZOTAC with our Editor’s Choice award!

The ZOTAC GeForce GTX 980 AMP! is the best card for it's value to date. This card teeters on the edge of 200FPS at times and provides excellent performance throughout some of the most demanding games to date.
