XSPC RayStorm D5 Photon AX360 WaterCooling Kit Review – This Just May be a Work of Art!


The LEDs simply push into any of the four holes in the acrylic mounting plate. They’re a snug fit so they won’t fall out which is nice.



Here’s what the two different mounts look like when lit by the LEDs.



The fans included with the kit are 7-blade 120mm units manufactured by Xinruilian for XSPC. They’re rated for 1650RPM and 0.18A @ 12VDC and come sleeved in a black nylon sleeving.


XSPC also included a trio of black 120mm fan grilles with the kit.



Also provided in the kit is 2 meters (about 6 feet) of clear 7/16″ tubing and six 7/16″ XSPC compression fittings in a dark chrome finish.

  2. This is really a great thing for the experts of Water cooling to do.. To take the Technical out of a professional water loop. Great product and Great Idea.

  3. Doesn’t seem worth the price considering the Noctua is a few degrees off and roughly $165 cheaper.

    • hahahaha its a great start that may turn into a custom loop someday, there’s enough potential for a GPU block and you are set 🙂 and it will be so much quieter

    • wow, noctua is even better than this? are you sure? i thought it was better than closed loops like h60 and maybe h100i but not this !!
