MPOWERD Luci Aura Review – A Diverse & Multi-Functional Lantern

Even at the consumer electronic show this year, companies and manufacturers were preparing to launch products that would accompany most of your summer activities quite easily. One of those was MPOWERD, who brought out their inflatable color changing solar lantern. After seeing the lantern in action, it is hard to imagine a campsite that would not benefit from this compact light source.

MPOWERD began in 2010, when a horrible earthquake left Haiti damaged and powerless. This disaster inspired MPOWERD to create a product that would be environmentally friendly, very low in cost, and highly efficient. Enter Luci, this inflatable, portable lantern that can yield up to 12 hours of light.

This inflatable lantern features a small solar panel that charges a lithium-ion battery. As stated previously, this lantern can provide up to 12 hours of continuous and safe lighting. Inside of the Luci Aura you will find the LED’s that produce 80 lumens of light.

The Luci Aura only weighs 4 ounces, and can be compressed to less than one inch in thickness, which makes it perfect for the travelling camper or for your next weekend up to the cottage.
