Cougar has announced the arrival of the Attack X3 mechanical keyboard, which is purely designed for gamers!
Housed in a gorgeous piece of aluminum, the Attack X3 features Cherry MX switches will provide gaming performance with that unique tactile and audible feedback. It has a quick response time with a 1000Hz polling rate as well as N-Key Rollover capabilities to increase input accuracy.
Cougar has also commented to say that the keyboard also features Cougar UIX system that can let the user define the function of any key and use ten of them as macro keys.
While not discussed, the images make this keyboard look as though it is a red backlit keyboard. We can only guess at this point it will be red back lighting, and not RGB.
Early in 2016 we can see the Cougar Attack X3 show up in store, retailing with a MSRT of $119.90. Based upon first looks, this would appear to be a quality keyboard at a moderate price.
